Conventional Scored Simple Domed Bursting Disc / LC

This is a type of bursting disc that features a domed shape and is machined with cross-shaped or "C"-shaped slots on the concave side of the disc to reduce the material thickness and control the bursting pressure. The concave surface of the disc is located on the high-pressure side of the pressure system. When the protected pressure system is subjected to overpressure, the disc stretches along the slots, which causes it to undergo plastic deformation. Eventually the disc ruptures at the set pressure, releasing the excess pressure and protecting the pressure-bearing equipment.

Suitable for gas and liquid (special structure) media.

Suitable for working conditions with medium or high pressure.

The maximum working pressure can reach 80% of the minimum bursting pressure.
