Conventional Domed Slotted Lined Bursting Disc / LF

This type of bursting disc is composed of two or more layers and is controlled by a weakening structure made up of holes and slits on the domed surface of the disc. The concave surface is located on the high-pressure side of the pressure system. When the protected pressure system is subjected to overpressure, the bursting disc stretches and ruptures along the weakening structure, releasing the excess pressure and protecting the pressure-bearing equipment.

Suitable for three types of media: gas, liquid, and dust.

Suitable for working conditions with medium or low pressure.

The maximum working pressure can reach 80% of the minimum bursting pressure.

Suitable for working conditions where the bursting pressure is relatively low.

The bursting disc produces few fragments when it ruptures. It cannot be used in series with safety valves.
