8100 emergency relief valve product introduction!

8100 emergency relief valves are widely used in large-capacity liquid storage tanks. They are generally installed in parallel on the top of the storage tank. When a fire occurs around the liquid storage tank or emergency ventilation is required, it provides emergency exhaust and pressure relief capabilities. It is usually used in conjunction with the breathing valve. When the breathing valve fails to work normally due to failure or accident, the emergency relief valve will start to operate to avoid damage to the storage tank.
Working principle:
In an emergency (such as a fire around the storage tank), when the normal ventilation capacity is exceeded, the valve disc is opened and the pressure in the tank is discharged and released urgently; in the event of a fire, the valve disc will rise according to the predetermined pressure, thus providing a larger ventilation area. The design was also allowed to be used as a ventilation manhole to facilitate personnel for tank inspection and maintenance.
