1. Material and structure: the material of the parts in contact with the material should be non-toxic, corrosion-resistant, heat-resistant and not easy to fall off, to ensure that there is no chemical reaction or adsorption with the material. 2. Temperature control: The hot air inlet is equipped with an air volume regulating valve, which can flexibly adjust the inlet air temperature. The heating temperature is usually set within the range of 100 ℃-150 ℃, while the outlet air temperature control range is set according to specific requirements, generally not more than 140 ℃. This temperature control range is suitable for the drying needs of a variety of materials.

3. Sealing and explosion-proof: The system adopts micro-positive pressure design scheme to avoid ambient air entering the tower. At the same time, it is equipped with air pressure balance, overpressure relief device and explosion-proof explosion-proof device to ensure the safe operation of the equipment under low pressure, low oxygen or micro-oxygen conditions. In addition, the system is also equipped with a nitrogen supplement device to maintain a low oxygen environment and prevent material oxidation.

Solvent recovery: The closed-circuit circulation system is equipped with solvent recovery technology, and the solvent recovery rate is usually not less than 95%, or even more than 98.5, which greatly reduces production costs and reduces environmental pollution.

5. Intelligent control: the safety performance of the electrical system meets the relevant standards. The intelligent control system has the functions of programming, setting, correcting, storing and printing, can display process data in real time, and supports manual and automatic operation modes, which improves the operation convenience and automation level of the equipment.

Evaporation and noise: when the load is working, the evaporation is not less than 1500 ml/h, and some models can even reach 3500~5000 ml/h. At the same time, the noise of the equipment is properly controlled, not exceeding 80dB(A), which provides a good working environment for operators.
